The Bendix® Performance Replacement Plan (BPRP) Warranty program has been discontinued. However, the Bendix brand will continue to honor outstanding warranty cards and registrations. 800-231-3726

If you purchased qualifying Bendix® product and a warranty card was included in the box, you may register for the BPRP, please read guidelines and click "I Accept" to proceed:

Purchase Bendix® products through a dealer, technician or retailer. Keep your original receipt.
Do not mail in your original receipt. You will be required to turn it in at the time of certificate redemption.
Complete and submit the BPRP registration form online at or complete the hard copy form(in the product box) and mail to the address indicated on the form itself.
To qualify for BPRP pad replacements for remanufactured loaded calipers, pads must be replaced in pairs. Online registration will require you to enter both BPRP registration numbers (one from each BPRP card). If registering by mail, both registration forms must be mailed in together to the address shown on the registration forms.
All registration forms must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
Upon receipt of your registration form, Bendix® brakes will send a BPRP redemption certificate. If you register online, you may choose to have the redemption certificate emailed or sent via standard mail. Email certificates will be sent within 24 hours.*(Registrations must be received by 5pm ET to ensure24 hr delivery. Entries received after 5pm ET will be batched and sent the following day.)
Registrations sent by standard mail will receive hard copy certificates within 90-120 days of registration receipt.
Should you need to replace Bendix® new* brake shoes or pads, return the BPRP redemption certificate, the original sales receipt, & your worn merchandise to any Bendix® brake supplier. (*Bendix® remanufactured brake shoes not covered under this program.)
